Description of operation:

This code uses the on-board oscillator to clock a counter. The counter provides the engine to flash the LEDs and toggle output pins (user selectable using the Preference Editor in ispLEVER). LatticeEC Advanced evaluation boards ship from the factory pre-programmed with this configuration.

Setting all of the DIP switches to ON causes the LEDs count in one
direction, setting all of the DIP switches to OFF reverses the direction. If the switches are not all ON or OFF the LEDs for the switches that are ON will light up.

The Lattice SPI Soft IP has been instantiated to provide access to SPI
Serial Flash.
