Complete neurologic examination: Wide-based stance with vestibular ataxia, intermittent left head tilt, inconsistent to absent menace OU, and spontaneous variable horizontal and rotary nystagmus. Absent to delayed conscious proprioception of hind limbs. Otherwise normal.
