Mixed-breed, coughing dog with lumps
Review of Systems
General
: Good body weight, with multiple skin masses and enlarged lymph nodes.
Skin
: Normal except for areas of exudate associated with ruptured masses.
HEENT
: Mild ocular discharge from both eyes. No nasal discharge.
Pulmonary
: Harsh lung sounds over all lung fields. Intermittent dry cough.
Cardiovascular
: No murmurs or arrhythmias.
Gastrointestinal
: Eating, drinking, urinating, and defecating normally.
Genitourinary
: Noncontributory
Musculoskeletal
: Mild lameness of right hind and front limbs.
Neurologic
: Noncontributory
