Prostatomegaly is confirmed on abdominal ultrasound. The prostate diameter is 5.2 cm and has homogeneous echogenicity. No cysts or mineralization are seen. The medial lymph node is mildly increased in size without notable changes to echogenicity. No other abnormalities are seen.
